Neal brings a powerful, authentic story of faith, purpose, and life beyond performance that deeply resonates with athletes, leaders, and supporters of FCA.
We’re also excited to share an update on the state of FCA ministry in the Sangamon Valley, celebrating how God is at work in our schools, teams, and community — and casting vision for what’s ahead.
And yes, desserts will be served! While there is no cost to attend, guests will have an opportunity to financially partner with this vital ministry and help continue the impact of FCA throughout our area.

Meet Neal Jeffrey
We are thrilled to welcome Neal Jeffrey as the featured speaker at this year’s Sangamon Valley FCA Victory Dessert. Neal brings a compelling blend of athletic excellence, authentic faith, and life-tested wisdom that makes his story both inspiring and relatable.
A former Baylor All-American quarterback and NFL player, Neal competed at the highest levels of the game, experiencing both the pressure and promise that come with elite athletics. His journey through college and professional football shaped his understanding of leadership, perseverance, and identity beyond performance.
After his playing career, Neal followed God’s call into ministry, becoming a pastor and nationally respected speaker. His message centers on faith, purpose, and living for something greater than wins or recognition — values that align deeply with FCA’s mission to reach coaches and athletes with the transforming power of Jesus Christ.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to attend?
Absolutely nothing! However, there will be an opportunity to financially partner with the ministry during the event. It’s our biggest fundraising event of the year! We do require that all guests register online to receive a table assignment.
What should I wear?
Typical dress is business casual. That said, it really doesn’t matter.
Can I bring my kids?
Unfortunately, no. This is our only “adult only” event of the entire year. We want to maximize the number of adults in attendance to be able to influence kids throughout the rest of the year. If you’d like your kid(s) to get involved in the ministry, we’d love to talk with you. Give us a call!
